Case Study: STARBUCKS

Starbucks sells coffee, pastries, candy store and coffee-related accessories through over 16000 retail outlets about 12000 in the the States and 4000 in more than 50 countries. In the financial division to the end of 2009 its total revenue amounted to $9.8 billion, and profits to almost $900 million.
