In the play A Dolls House, written by Henrik Ibsen, a woman, Nora Helmer, is traffic with her own hole she has dug herself. She had been unaware that the forgery of her grows signature was such an illegal, serious offence. Nora always is trying to neutralise conflict any way she can, whether shes saying shes going to kill herself or wanting to run away. Nora give tongue to Thirty-one hours to live ( page 997 ) this was when she was planning on victorious her own life after the party, because she didnt want to be alive when Torvald, her husband, found out that she forged her fathers signature. She is too immature to handle her own conflict. Also when Krogstad, family friend, state to her most of us were thinking that at first. ( page 990 ) by that he meant suicide. , Krogstad knew Nora didnt have enough guts to unfeignedly kill herself.
By those two quotes I can get that in this culture the people really have no strength and are more worried about adequate in and having a good reputation than even creation alive. Nora makes me feel that if anything thing is wrong the best way to steal with it is killing yourself, or just avoid it completely and persist away from the mistakes you made. In the last act when Nora leaves, I really only think she wants to get out, and she just made up the stuff about how her and Torvald could never have an equal conglutination and that she wasnt a good enough mom, I think it is partially true but mostly just some other excuse to get away from her troubles.
