4. Discuss sex chromosomal abnormalities as well as hormonal deficits (pseudohermaphrodite)   that can affect gender spring upment.
Sex chromo nears abnormalities make up the legal age of known types of chromosomal abnormalities. They are only slightly less common than autosomal abnormalities. They are usually much less severe in their effects. Sex chromosome abnormalities can be diagnosed before birth by amniocentesis and chorionic villi sampling.
Sex chromosome abnormalities are gender specific.  form males inherit an X and a Y chromosome mend females suck two Xs.  A unmarried Y chromosome is sufficient to lift males.  Female abnormalities are due to variations in the number of X chromosomes.  Male abnormalities are the result of irregular numbers of each the X or the Y chromosome or both.  
For example, in the one-eighth week of gestation the testes begin producing the hormone testosterone, some of which gets converted into the closely related substance DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT goes on to convert some all-purpose embryonic structures into the glans penis, penis shaft, and scrotum. Those same structures would otherwise develop into their female equivalents: the clitoris, labia minora, and labia majora.




To form the penis, vagina, and other sex organs, the embryo is endue with other all-purpose sexual structures besides the primordial gonad. However, contrary the case of the testes, the development of these structures is not directly specified by the Y chromosome. Instead, these structures are channeled toward male organs by secretions of the testes themselves, while a lack of testicular secretions channels them toward female organs.
The majority ofhuman beings are born unmistakably male or female. We need all the sexual parts appropriate to a single gender, with no discordant pieces.
