Unit 8 Assignment Kaplan University Jessica Lindelof The purpose of this assignment is to learn almost three other career paths in the health learning field and describe how the career path I train chosen would collaborate with other careers. The first career that I reviewed was the medical examination Transcriptionist. They are responsible for turning a secures daily dictation tapes into clear, concise print and electronic documents. As the transcriptionist transcribes the dictation and makes it into an electronic document, as the Health Information Technician I would take that electronic document and make sure that it accurately charms entered into the patients medical record. We could possibly work in the same way and could collaborate daily as the two roles are precise much alike. The next profession that I looked at was the Medical Assistant.

They perform administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office rails smoothly. They also assist the physician with patient preparation and the examination.
