Ethical values are established by leaders in all organizations worldwide. In todays casting people have to display character in order to be a success in the world. Morals, values, and ethics are things that are taught at any early age by parents/caregivers. Values serve as a foundation for law in condescension, and are based on personal views of beingness created and the outcome of kind-heartedkind. Todays ethical system creates an ethical dilemma in personal lives, as well as, business practices. battalion today are entitlement-based in his/her decision making. People say that using relativism in making an ethical decision, entirely ethical business behavior is something that is learned through personal work experiences throughout ones lifetime. Military life has taught me to be duty-based in the ethical system.

People today believe that humanistic(secular humanism or human nature ethics) is the cause why people act a certain way in todays society, further rights- based worldwide shows how and what is permitted, and the conquences if not followed.
